PICNIC
● Starts at 5 PM and runs throughout the entire event.
● Free food and refreshments available under the big tent.
HOME RUN CONTESTS
● Event will be held at Fields "B" & "C"
starting at 5:00 pm.
● Contestants must
be at the field at 5:00 pm...our schedule is extremely tight.
● Home Run Contest is a separate event from the All-Star Game.
● One male and one female contestant per team permitted.
● Contestant names must be submitted by the September 10, deadline
● Contestants must be listed on their team's 2010 roster.
● League will provide the pitcher for all contestants.
● Contestants must supply their own bat.
● Only those bats, which were allowed during the season, will be permitted.
● The contest will consist of two rounds.
● Playoff seeding will be used to determine the batting order during the
first round.
● The winner will be determined in the second (final) round.
● Additional rules and procedures will be explained at the field
before the start of the contest.
AWARD PRESENTATIONS
● Awards will be presented immediately following the Home Run Contests at Fields
"B" & “C”
● Trophies will be presented to the League Champion, League Runner-ups;
Divisional Champs, and Home Run Contest winners.
ALL-STAR GAME
● All-Star game will start immediately after the award presentations on
Field “B”.
● Teams finishing in the top 4 positions in their respective division,
are permitted to send 2 all-star representatives,
*** BUT one of the two all-stars must be a female representative ***.
● The all-star representative should must be submitted by the September
10 deadline.
● All-star's name(s) must be listed on the team's 2010 team roster.
