 Field “A” Waiver of Liability

It is understood that the Stonebridge Life Insurance Company (“Stonebridge”) will agree to permit persons unassociated with the company to enter onto company property for the purpose of participating in or observing certain sporting activities.  In exchange for this agreement, the undersigned voluntarily waives any and all liability arising out of any personal injuries, property damage, consequential damages, or punitive damages occurring as a result of his/her participation in or observation of such sporting activities.  This waiver and release, in favor of Stonebridge, the Great Valley Corporate Center Softball League, Inc., Liberty Property Limited Partnership, and each of their successors, assigns, affiliates, officers and employees, applies to any personal injuries or property damage occurring accidentally, incidentally, willfully, or intentionally on or near the company property immediately before, during or after the sporting events.
